State Tech prepares students for success through hands-on, industry-relevant education that makes graduates “the employer’s choice.” These guidelines help unify the voice, visuals, and presence of State Tech across digital, print, and promotional materials to strengthen recognition and consistency.
To ensure recognition of State Technical College of Missouri beyond the surrounding region, first reference of the college’s name should be “State Technical College of Missouri.” Subsequent references must be “State Tech”
“State Technical College of Missouri” or “State Tech” is the preferred usage of the college’s name, and should be regarded in instances such as, but not limited to, answering phones, making speeches or presentations and print publications.

Each one of State Tech’s unique programs comes with a program logo. They are created and approved in the Marketing department with the help of the department chair of the program. Here are some examples below.

State Tech uses two distinct fonts for brand consistency:
Use consistent weights and sizes across web, print, and presentations.
Additional information should not extend further than the logo. Use multiple lines if needed.
The customized text must be in State Tech Blue unless using an all-white logo, in which case the customized text must be white.

Avoid slang or overly casual phrasing, while still keeping the State Tech edge in communications.
