State Tech offers on-campus dining at the Founder’s 1961 Cafe in the lower level of the Information Technology Center and at the Osage Burger Company in the Activity Center. Email or call us with questions about dietary restrictions, menu options or special dietary requests.
myTech Card Meal Plans Starting FALL 2026
INCREASED FLEXIBILITY! Use your myTech Card at Founders 1961, Starbucks, Osage Burger Company, & Osage View. Purchase a digital myTech card online at: https://statetechnicalcollegeofmissouri.wrapped.store or at Tech Central (located in the ITC). Digital cards will be delivered via email. Once purchased, add your myTech card to your digital phone wallet. Physical cards are available upon request and can be purchased at Tech Central.
After the purchase of a plan, funds (minimum of $100) can be added to myTech Cards at Tech Central or visiting https://statetechnicalcollegeofmissouri.wrapped.store

- myTech Card funds ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
- myTech Card meal plans can be charged to your student account
- Founders 1961, Osage Burger Company, and Starbucks are closed/unavailable on any days/times campus is closed or classes are not in session.
- Students living on-campus are automatically enrolled in the Level 4 meal plan. The cost of the plan is added to the student’s account when they are assigned to housing.
- Parents purchasing a myTech Card meal plan on behalf of a student can visit https://statetechnicalcollegeofmissouri.wrapped.store or contact the Campus Cashier at 573-897-5000, option 4.

Are all the meals all you can eat?
No. Only meals at Founder’s 1961 and the evening meal served at the Osage Burger Co. (Osage Classic Kitchen) are all you can eat.

You can use your myTech Card meal plan at Founders 1961, Osage Burger Company, Starbucks, and Osage View.
How do I add funds to my myTech Card meal plan?
Once a myTech card is purchased, funds can be added to the card at any time by navigating to https://statetechnicalcollegeofmissouri.wrapped.store or visiting Tech Central in the Information Technology Center. Students or parents can add the minimum amount of $100 or any amount in excess of $100.
