To ensure you’re ready for our hands-on education and rigorous coursework, applicants are expected to meet the following requirements. | High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET) GPA: 2.5 If a prospective student holds an international high school diploma, they must provide an approved Foreign Evaluation Services report confirming U.S. high school equivalency. |

| Submit all ACT and/or Accuplacer test scores. Scores are used to determine program admission and course placement. Test results must be less than five years old. Test score requirements may be waived with approved transfer credit. | |||

| •Students who are admitted to the Dental Assisting Technology program should be aware that they will be subject to drug screening. •Persons who have been convicted or pled guilty to certain felony offenses may be ineligible for placement in required clinical externships, to sit for the DANB examination, or hold any direct patient care positions. |
