An event at the State Tech Activity Center is defined as a rental request of 1 court space for 4 or more hours or multiple court spaces for 2 or more hours.

Reservations made by an individual or organization will be made official upon approval and completed payment of deposit.
Deposit amount will be 25% of the total reservation cost. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event. A full refund of the deposit will be given if a 60-day notice of cancellation is given.
Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation will result in a credit to be used within 365 days of the originally scheduled reservation.
Cancellations due to weather, State Tech functions, or any reason deemed necessary by the Activity Center Coordinator will result in a full refund regardless of the cancellation date.

*Individual Court Rentals are for Members Only and must be made and paid at the Front Desk, at least 24 hours in advance):
**Project Graduation Rentals include the entire facility excluding the FC/MPR and can only be reserved during the Activity Center’s non-operating hours.
All reservations with the exception of member individual court rentals, must be made through the “Request a Reservation” link below.
Reservations are scheduled following approval from the Activity Center Coordinator and a down payment of 25% of the reservation cost is received.
Reservationist is subject to a $200 cleaning fee if excessive work is necessary to return the Activity Center to its functioning state. Trash that is not proper disposed of, spills not cleaned, or damage to Activity Center property will result in this charge.
All reservations requests are reviewed by the Activity Center Coordinator and must receive their approval before they are made.
