With a valid Student I.D., for a standard room, single occupancy are the following rates:
$49.00 + tax ($3.17) for a total of $52.17/day
Monday to Friday (4 nights) $208.68 total
Sunday to Friday (5 nights) $260.85 total
Longer term stays will be on a case by case agreement, and on paper will not extend
beyond 30 days without checking out, and then checking back in.
($20/night + tax will be charged, if there is a second person, for the entire stay).
Check-ins after 3 pm, and check-outs before 11 am. This is NOT a lease agreement, this is a weekly guestroom understanding. We reserve the right to terminate the stay if any unforeseen situations arise. We will accept all major credit cards or cash up front, No Personal checks.
We reserve the right to modify these rates at our discretion, with prior notification.
