A+ Scholarship
Who wouldn’t be interested in attending State Tech Tuition Free! You can thanks to the A+ Scholarship program. The A+ Scholarship provides standard tuition and fees for qualified students. The scholarship does not include program or course specific fees, tuition or fees for courses not required for your degree, books, tools or other classroom supplies.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I qualify for A+?
- Be a United States citizen or permanent resident
- Have your official A+ stamped high school transcript on file with the Admissions Office at State Tech
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- If you are Pell Grant eligible, the Pell Grant will be applied before A+ funds
- Enroll and attend State Tech full-time (12 or more credit hours, fall, spring and summer semesters)
- Be seeking a certificate or degree at State Tech
- A student must maintain a cumulative 2.50 grade point average or above
