Activity Center Membership ACH Registration & Cancellation Policy/Procedure

Individuals purchasing an ACH Membership will pay 100% of the first month’s membership rate at registration, regardless of the date. The first bank draft will be on the 15^th of the following month. If the member cancels, their membership will continue through the date of the month on which the membership originally started.

•  Example: Member purchases an ACH membership on April 10^th. They will pay 100% of the monthly rate that day (April 10^th) and their first draft will be on May 15^th.

If the member cancels, their membership will continue through the month to the date on which the originally registered.

Individuals who cancel on or before the 5^th of the month – the draft scheduled for the 15^th of the month of cancellation will not be required.  Membership will end on the date in the month of cancellation that coincides with the date of the month the original membership started.

• Example: Member purchased an ACH membership on April 10^th. If they were to cancel on November 1^st, their membership would remain active until November 10^th (no membership fee draft would be taken in November).

Individuals who cancel on or after the 6^th of the month – the draft scheduled for the 15^th of the month of cancellation is the last draft that will be required.  Membership will end on the date of the month following the month of cancellation that coincides with the date of the month the original membership started.

• Example: Member purchased an ACH membership on April 10^th. If they were to cancel on November 7^th, their membership fee draft would be taken on November 15^th , and their membership would remain active until December 10^th (no membership fee draft would be taken in December).
