Admissions Code of Conduct

State Tech Admissions and Student Services strives to provide comprehensive and truthful information that allows all parties to make informed decisions. The admissions office builds trust through providing a high standard in maintaining confidentiality in relation to student records. Our primary code of conduct is to provide students and families with college admission counseling they can trust, while always advocating for the best interest of the student.

State Tech believes that admission practices are student-centered and designed to encourage students to apply and enroll when they are ready. To best serve students we strive for a clear, concise application process. We provide a transparent recruitment schedule for all application priority dates and deadlines, scholarship applications, and financial aid awards. We strive to provide admissions decisions in a timely manner to help students and families make informed enrollment decisions.

State Tech maintains and builds wait lists to manage program enrollment capacity. By placing a student on the waitlist, if they are not initially accepted or denied admission but the applicant is extended the opportunity of timely admission should seat become available.
