Our State Tech Event Request Form is made to inform the appropriate departments of events and fundraisers all across campus so they can be promoted timely and effectively with the best possible engagement!

More advanced notice of events/fundraisers will allow for a greater chance of success, so be sure to complete this form at 2.5 to 3 weeks prior to the event/fundraiser.
