Campus Hazing Transparency Report

Pursuant to the Stop Campus Hazing Act, State Technical College of Missouri will publish and update, at least twice annually, the Campus Hazing Transparency Report summarizing findings concerning established or recognized student organizations found to be in violation of our hazing standard. Transparency Report collection began on July 1, 2025.

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report includes:

• The name of the student organization involved
• A description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility
• Whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs
• The findings of the institution and any sanctions placed on the organization
• Relevant dates (incident, investigation initiation/conclusion, notification to an organization resulting in a hazing violation)

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report will be maintained for, at minimum, a period of five calendar years from the date of publication of the most recent update. However, in alignment with Clery Act requirements to retain records supporting information in the ASR for seven years, State Tech has chosen to retain all data posted in the Campus Hazing Transparency Report related to Clery Act reporting for seven calendar years.
