Cashier

The Campus Cashier is a subordinate position within the State Tech Business Office. The primary duty of the Campus Cashier is collecting the balance due from tuition and fees related to the student’s account and returning any funds deemed necessary by issuing student refund checks. Additional responsibilities of this position are to assist the Business Office and Financial Aid departments with Third-Party Billing (Scholarships, Vocational Rehabilitation, and WIA Funding).  The Campus Cashier can assist students by explaining how tuition and fees work here at State Tech along with setting up payment plans that are accustom to a student’s financial situation.
