The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) requires colleges to provide prospective and current students and employees with information about financial assistance opportunities, graduation rates, student loan default rates, crime statistics, campus safety programs, policies related to alcohol and illegal drugs, average student indebtedness, computer use and file sharing, and copyright infringement.
