· Purpose of Use – Spaces are reserved for college-related, professional, or academic purposes.

· Space Care – Employees are responsible for ensuring the facility is left clean, orderly, and returned to its original condition. The Lake and surrounding areas must be thoroughly cleaned after use. This includes:

Leave No Trace: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all trash, decorations, or personal belongings. If the event requires more than 1 bag of trash to be disposed, all trash MUST be brought to the college compactor on the back side of the Civil Technology Center. Failure to do so, will result in clean-up fees.

Supervision: Reservation holders must ensure that all guests follow rules and respect the environment.

· Environmental Care – Do not feed, disturb, or harm wildlife. Stay on designated trails and avoid damaging plants or shoreline areas.

· Parking – Please ensure event attendees are parking in the gravel lot provided and avoid parking in the grass or unrestricted areas. When the weather is wet the occupancy is limited to around 20 vehicles.

· Food & Equipment – Any food service, special setup, or equipment use must comply with college guidelines. Do not move, remove, or damage furniture, signage, or equipment. Only temporary, non-damaging decorations are allowed. Staples, nails, paint, or adhesives are prohibited. Use of canoes, or kayaks must comply with safety rules and be returned in good condition. Gas Powered Watercraft are prohibited.
