Student Learning Outcomes

State Technical College of Missouri is committed to improving student learning outcomes and providing opportunities for a successful academic experience for all students. All degree- or certificate-seeking students will be required to participate in knowledge and performance evaluations at appropriate points of development in their programs of study. Designed to ensure continuous improvement, State Technical College of Missouri’s student learning outcomes process includes placement exams, nationally standardized certification and licensure exams, project and performance evaluations, capstone courses, and student needs and satisfaction surveys. State Technical College of Missouri will conduct ongoing evaluation of the student learning outcomes and placement process.
