Please join me in congratulating all our 2018 SkillsUSA Missouri Conference participants!  State Technical college had 30 students competing in 29 different contests.  We earned a total of 38 medals: 18 – First Place, 10 – Second Place, and 10 – Third Place.  We have 11 students eligible to compete at the SkillsUSA National Conference in June.  We have one student who placed 1^st in two national eligible contests

Maverick Arment – placed 4^th in Automated Manufacturing Technology (Team of 3)

Ashley Baxter – placed 2^nd in Precision Machining Tech. Info. and 3^rd in CNC Turning Specialist, and 3^rd in Promotional Bulletin Board

Allen Blackman – placed 2^nd in Electronics Technical Info.

Louis Boettcher – placed 2^nd in CNC Milling Specialist

Christopher Brandt – placed 1^st in Power Equipment Technology and 1^st in Power Equipment Tech. Info., he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Spencer Brocksmith – placed 1^st place in Electronics Technical Info. and 1^st in Electronics Technology, and 1^st place in Related Technical Math, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Brian Brookins – placed 3^rd place in Electronics Technical Info.

Brice Bruemmer – placed 1^st in Collision Repair Technology, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Jozef Buchanan – placed 2^nd in Architectural Drafting, 2^nd in Related Technical Math, and 3^rd in Architectural Drafting Tech. Info.

Colton Cash – placed 4^th in CNC Technician

Andrew Cornett – placed 3^rd in Diesel Equipment Technology and 7^th in Diesel Equipment Tech. Info.

Enjoli Dixon – placed 1^st Customer Service and 3^rd in Promotional Bulletin Board, she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Blaine Feeler – placed 1^st place in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and 2^nd in Heating, Venting, Air Cond. & Ref. Tech. Info., he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Dillon Hacker – placed 2^nd in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and 3^rd in Heating, Venting, Air Cond. & Ref. Tech. Info.

Seth Harmon – placed 2^nd in the CNC Turning Specialist and 4^th in Precision Machining Tech. Info.

Derek Harszy – placed 4^th in Automated Manufacturing Technology (Team of 3)

Kahle Hoard – placed 2^nd in Telecommunications Cabling

Haley Hughes – placed 1^st in Motorcycle Service Technology and 1^st place in Motorcycle Service Tech. Info., she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Bayli Jetton – placed 5^th in Architectural Drafting Tech. Info. and 6^th in Architectural Drafting

Aaron Randolph – placed 1^st in Job Interview and 4^th in Diesel Equipment Technology, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Sydney Rothbard – placed 1^st in Diesel Equipment Technology, 1^st in Diesel Equipment Tech. Info., and 2^nd in Prepared Speech, she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Chris Schwaller – placed 1^st in Technical Drafting and 1^st in Technical Drafting Information, he is eligible to compete at Nationals
