Please join me in congratulating all our 2018 SkillsUSA Missouri Conference participants!  State Technical college had 30 students competing in 29 different contests.  We earned a total of 38 medals: 18 – First Place, 10 – Second Place, and 10 – Third Place.  We have 11 students eligible to compete at the SkillsUSA National Conference in June.  We have one student who placed 1st in two national eligible contests

Sadie Albin – placed 1st in Automated Manufacturing Tech. Info.

Maverick Arment – placed 4th in Automated Manufacturing Technology (Team of 3)

Ashley Baxter – placed 2nd in Precision Machining Tech. Info. and 3rd in CNC Turning Specialist, and 3rd in Promotional Bulletin Board

Allen Blackman – placed 2nd in Electronics Technical Info.

Louis Boettcher – placed 2nd in CNC Milling Specialist

Christopher Brandt – placed 1st in Power Equipment Technology and 1st in Power Equipment Tech. Info., he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Spencer Brocksmith – placed 1st place in Electronics Technical Info. and 1st in Electronics Technology, and 1st place in Related Technical Math, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Brian Brookins – placed 3rd place in Electronics Technical Info.

Brice Bruemmer – placed 1st in Collision Repair Technology, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Jozef Buchanan – placed 2nd in Architectural Drafting, 2nd in Related Technical Math, and 3rd in Architectural Drafting Tech. Info.

Colton Cash – placed 4th in CNC Technician

Andrew Cornett – placed 3rd in Diesel Equipment Technology and 7th in Diesel Equipment Tech. Info.

Enjoli Dixon – placed 1st Customer Service and 3rd in Promotional Bulletin Board, she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Blaine Feeler – placed 1st place in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and 2nd in Heating, Venting, Air Cond. & Ref. Tech. Info., he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Dillon Hacker – placed 2nd in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and 3rd in Heating, Venting, Air Cond. & Ref. Tech. Info.

Seth Harmon – placed 2nd in the CNC Turning Specialist and 4th in Precision Machining Tech. Info.

Derek Harszy – placed 4th in Automated Manufacturing Technology (Team of 3)

Kahle Hoard – placed 2nd in Telecommunications Cabling

Haley Hughes – placed 1st in Motorcycle Service Technology and 1st place in Motorcycle Service Tech. Info., she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Bayli Jetton – placed 5th in Architectural Drafting Tech. Info. and 6th in Architectural Drafting

Ryli Jetton – placed 6th

Heston Jordan – placed 3rd in Technical Drafting, and 4th in Technical Drafting Information

Jonathan Kippes – placed 4th in Collision Repair Technology

Walter Mullins – placed 1st in Aviation Maintenance Technology, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Donald Nelson – placed 1st in CNC Milling Specialist, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Aaron Randolph – placed 1st in Job Interview and 4th in Diesel Equipment Technology, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Christian Ritchie – placed 4th in Automated Manufacturing Technology (Team of 3)

Sydney Rothbard – placed 1st in Diesel Equipment Technology, 1st in Diesel Equipment Tech. Info., and 2nd in Prepared Speech, she is eligible to compete at Nationals

Chris Schwaller – placed 1st in Technical Drafting and 1st in Technical Drafting Information, he is eligible to compete at Nationals

Alexandria Sodari – placed 3rd in CNC Technician and 3rd in Promotional Bulletin Board
